Every year the Makerere University School of Public Health (MakSPH) receives a group of about a dozen students from Johns Hopkins University (JHU) who are paired up with Mak students for a unique peer-to-peer learning experience.
The students visited both rural and urban settings during their one month stay which climaxed with a recent seminar where they shared their experiences from three weeks of fieldwork.
