Today, Dr. Twaha Mahaba, the Project Manager of the West Nile Health Project on behalf of the Infectious Diseases Institute (IDI), Makerere University handed over the renovated Antiretroviral Therapy (ART) clinic of Alwi Health Center III in Pakwach to the District leadership, represented by the Resident District Commissioner (RDC), Mr. Toko Shuaib.
