On Day Two of facilities handover, the Makerere University Infectious Diseases Institute (IDI) West Nile Health Project Manager, Dr. Twaha Mahaba handed over the renovated Antiretroviral Therapy (ART) clinic at Okollo Health Centre III in Madi-Okollo, Arua to the District leadership represented by Deputy Resident District Commissioner (RDC) Akello Alice Opio.
